Admission to any Ukrainian university starts with the receiving of an official invitation letter from the university. A copy of the admission letter is forwarded to the Ukrainian consulate in the student’s native country. This confirms that the student is accepted and has got admission to study in the particular university.
After that a student starts the process of receiving a student visa. Some countries do not require visa. These include: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Mongolia. Also, all the countries of the former Soviet Union are visa free to Ukraine. The only exceptions are: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. However, check with the Ukrainian consulate in your country to confirm if it is necessary.
On arrival, the student completes the necessary registration requirements and medical check ups. When completed, the university issues a student identification card and hostel entry permit card to the student, which finally completes the admission process to the Ukraine University.
